Trading conditions – Perlea.cz
1. In these Conditions:
The customers attention is drawn to the clauses here of which exclude or limit the company´s liability and those which requirethe customer to indemnify the Company in certain circumstances.
The Company is the member trading of these Conditions. The Owner of company is: Leona Čapková, Malá Skála 161, 468 22 Malá Skála. IČO 66649552. The Owner of company means the owner of the goods (including any packaging, containers or equipment).
The Customer means any person at whose request or on those behalf the company undertakes any business, or provides services or goods.
A) The Company´s general response
The company shall perform its duties with a reasonable degree of care, diligence, skill and judgment.
If after a contract has been agreed events or circumstances come to the attention of the company which in the opinion of the company make it wholly or in past impossible for the company fulfill its duties it shall take reasonable steps to inform the customer of suds events or circumstances and sent further instructions.
B) The Customer´s undertakings
The Customer shall he deemed to be competent and to have reasonable knowledge of matters affecting the conduct of his business, including Inns of sale and purchase and all other matters relating thereto.
We offer customers shopping in home comforts.
The customer can order easilly from the website http://www.perlea.cz in the e-shop or trought the medium of e-mail. The company undertakes to shipping the goods only in the best quality according to the regulations and satisfactory all standards as well.
An electronic order assumes validity by filling out data into an electronic form. The electronic order is at once the order and the contract of purchase of which is filled up by goods delivery.
3. Order confirmation
Any order is accepted within 24 hours.
The order validation will mailed in the very next moment. The customer will promtly notified of consignation also. If arise any uncertainties the company will contact the customer immediatly.
4. Order cancellation
The customer can cancel the order by sending email with name, address, signature and order description free of reason longest following day. If the order has shipped, the customer won’t be able to cancel the order.
5. Non-repudiation in order
The customer is due to take delivery of goods from deliverer or longest 14 days at post office if is not caught at home. If the company gets back the ordered items will contact the customer about this fact. The customer is due to satisfy the repeatedly delivery (90,- CZK). If the customer will not accept the repeatedly delivery the failured order will be canceled and the customer is due to meet the costs for service of the order. The company can reclaim the full amount of shipping in accordance with law.
6. Post chardes and packaging
Produced goods is shipping by post (The Czech Post).
a) cash on delivery: 180,- CZK
(payment after goods acceptance from deliverer)
b) payment on account: 90,- CZK
On account of the company, no: 167300443/0600.
Note: as a variable symbol use the order number.
c) personal visit at our shop in Malá Skála (place of business): 0,- CZK
(payment in cash or by credit card)
Note: we ask kindly for arranging a date in advance.
By request of customers it´s also possible to ship produced goods by transport companies Geis or Zásilkovna.
The company doesn´t charge a postage rates for orders worth more than 6000,- CZK in the Czech republic (in the Slovak republic also).
The company ships orders abroad as well. Post charges (priority pack or express pack – EMS by airmail) according to the Czech Post tariffs will be added. The final price depends on parcel weight and order value. By request of customers it´s also possible to send out produced goods by Geis.
7. Delivery terms
1. The usual terms of delivery is from 3 to 5 working days (if items are available).
2. In the event of items are not available the terms of delivery is from 10 to 45 working days. We note that any bigger orders of goods are produced after order. If arise any production uncertainties the company will contact the customer immediatly.
8. Goods exchange
According to requirements the company offers exchange of not used and not damaged goods. These goods is necessary to send as a registered letter to the place of business (Leona Čapková, Malá Skála 161, 468 22 Malá Skála). We note that the customer is responsible for all exchange costs.
9. Complaint and guarantee
According to rule of law the company deal possible complaint with customers to the satisfaction of everyone. The customer is due to check goods consigment after delivery and contact the company in the event of discovery any damages. The company is not held responsible for transport damage.
The law guarantee is 24 months. It´s valid only by production defects.
The guarantee is not valid in the present case:
a) damages caused by using
b) damages caused by wrong using
c) damages caused by incorrect storing
How to complain:
1. Please contact the company about complaint on email.
2. Send reclaimable goods as a registered letter to the place of business
(Leona Čapková, Malá Skála 161, 468 22 Malá Skála).
3. Specify explicitly any reasons for complaint and your address.
4. Expose your order receipt.
We dispose your complaint as soon as possible, longest till 30 days its acceptance.
